tsp baking soda
cup butter or margarine, softened
cup granulated sugar
cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
(16oz) jar Laura Scudder’s Natural Peanut Butter, mixed
cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together flour, salt and baking soda, set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture, oats and chocolate chips. Do not over beat. Press dough into an ungreased 15 ½ x 10 ½ x 1” pan. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Cool then cut into squares.
