Taters 'Air Roasted

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Basil (dried)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (mined)
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano (dried)
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley leaves
  • 3 lbs small Taters
  • 1 tsp thyme (dried)
  • Kosher Salt & ground Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter (unsalted & melted)
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Clean and cut the taters into quarters. In a large bowl, or a large ziplock back, put he taters and the reset of the ingredients and mix/shake well.

2.) Place a piece of backing paper in you Air Fryer. Set it to 400 and cook for 18 to 20 minutes or until the taters are crisp and golden. Tossing the taters half way through to bake evenly.
