• 2 1/2 c. powdered milk
• 2 c. powdered sugar
• 1 c. dutch process cocoa powder
• 2 tsp. cornstarch
• 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and store in air tight container. Will keep about 2 years if kept away from light.
