Ingredients
- 1 package (9 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup raspberry preserves (or pie filling)
- 1/4 chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, 1 cup of oats and 2 tablespoons of butter until crumbly. Reserve 3/4 cup crumbs for topping. Blend egg into remaining crumbs; press into 8 inch round cake pan, forming a short rim. Spread preserves over crust. Add remaining 1/4 cup oats, 2 tablespoons butter, nuts, sugar, cinnamon to reserved crumbs. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over coffee cake. Bake 35 minutes, until crumbs are golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into wedges.
