Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 7 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
In medium sauce pan, combine sugar, milk and margarine. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, then remove from heat. Add cocoa powder and mix well. Add oatmeal, coconut, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper lined cookie sheet and refrigerate until firm.
