  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 can beef consommé
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Parmesean cheese


Servings 6


Step 1

Dredge chicken lightly in flour. Melt butter in skillet add pressed garlic. Brown chicken on both sides. Add beef consommé, cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Mix sour cream and mustard. Put on top of chicken, mixing with the sauce. Simmer 10 more minutes. Sprinkle parmesean cheese on top and put in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.

Note: fresh garlic and real butter really enhance the flavor of this dish.
