Confectioners Frosting

Ingredients

• 3 cups confectioners sugar
• 1/3 cup shortening
• 1 1/2 teaspoon of almond or vanilla extract
• 3 tablespoons cream
• dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Add a dash of salt to confectioners sugar. Beat sugar into sortening, add almond or vanilla extract, and cream. Beat well.
