Ingredients
- 1/2 C sliced almonds
- 1/4 C butter
- 1 LB fish fillets (flounder, sole, cod, etc)
- S & P to taste
Preparation
Step 1
place almonds on flat microproof dish
microcook on high 3 min,
stirring every minute
set aside
place butter in 1-qt microproof batter bowl or measuring cup
microcook on high 4-5 min or until browned
set aside
arrange fish fillets in single layer in 9" microproof pie plate w/ thickest part of fillets at outer edge of dish
sprinkle w/ S & P
cover w/ vented plastic wrap & microcook on high 2-1/2 - 4 min
or until fish flakes easily
sprinkle almonds on top of fish
pour butter over all
