Chicken - Thighs [Gr] 'Teriyaki 'Hawaiian Style

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Chicken thighs (boneless & skinless)
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce (Aloha brand)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 5 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Ginger root (2-3 slices, cut thin & lengthwise)

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Combine the water and soy sauce and then dissolve the sugar in the liquid. Add the desired amounts of ginger and garlic. Add the Chicken. Soak the meat in the marinade for up to 3 days but at least 24 hours.
