Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 squares of bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt chocolate with butter over low heat; just til melted. Remove from heat. Beat eggs into sugar, and add cooled chocolate mixture. Mix in flour, and add nuts.

Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

(Extra moist - no icing needed)
