- 6 Cups Cauliflower florets
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese - finely shredded
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- Garlic - chopped
Preheat oven to 425' degrees.
Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with non-stick spray
Roast Cauliflower florets in the oil for 20 minutes.
Toss with the Parmesan Cheese; roast 5 minutes more.
In a skillet, melt butter, stir in 2 TBSP chopped garlic; cook 20
Toss with cauliflower and serve.
