Ingredients
- 3 stalks of celery
- 2 pkges rice noodles
- 1/2 bag shredded carrots
- 1/2 bag shredded cabagge
- 2 zuchini
- 1 1/2 green pepper
- 6 garlic cloves
- onion
- soy sauce
- chicken (boiled with salt. save the broth)
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Sautee onion and garlic . Add veggies and chicken.
Add boiling water to rice noodles then drain immediately.
Add to sautee veggies . add soy sauce and black pepper. Add chicken broth.
