Chicken - Breast [SF] 'Black Bean & Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 1 lbs Asparagus, cut up
  • 2 small Onions, sliced into rings, then cut in half
  • 1 (7 oz) Black Bean Sauce
  • Red Pepper flakes, to taste
  • Garlic, minced to taste
  • Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Over medium heat with a splash of oil, add Chicken till cooked and then add Garlic for 1 minute. Remove to separate bowl.

2.) In same Pan (Draining out any liquid prior), cook the onions until starting to turn brown. Then add the Asparagus and cook for 2 minutes, or until the Asparagus turn bright green.

3.) Add chicken back in, then stir in Black Bean Sauce. Cook until heated through, about a minute.
