Teriyaki Sauce 'Pineapple & Ketchup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/8 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 cup Ketchup
  • 1/8 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1/8 cup dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbps skinned & grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dark Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 med. cloves finely minced or pressed garlic

Preparation

Step 1

1.) In a saucepan, add all ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes. Let cool & refrigerate.

2.) Soak chicken pieces in marinade minimum of 3-4 hours, for best results overnight.

3.) Marinade for a whole quartered chicken.
