Seven Layer Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 12 ounce package of chocolate chips
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 1 12 ounce package of butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups chopped nuts
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand milk

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together the melted butter, the crushed crackers and the sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.

Cover graham cracker crust with chocolate chips. Cover the chips with the coconut. Then cover coconut with butterscotch chips. Cover butterscotch chips with chopped nuts.

Over top of everything pour the two cans of sweetened milk and spread as evenly as possible.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
