Ingredients

  • 1 can shoe peg or white corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 container feta cheese
  • 1 package tortilla scoops

Step 1

Drain corn and beans. Mix Apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sugar with whisk. Cut onions. Mix all ingredients except feta. Add feta at end.
