Ingredients
- 1 can shoe peg or white corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 container feta cheese
- 1 package tortilla scoops

Step 1
Drain corn and beans. Mix Apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sugar with whisk. Cut onions. Mix all ingredients except feta. Add feta at end.
