Ingredients
- 3 cups rice
- 2 green onions
- bunch of cilantro
- 1/2 Lb green beans
- 1/2 green pepper
- green peas
- parsley
Preparation
Step 1
sautee green onions and the rice.
Add cilantro and parsley. add water. when boiling add green beans and green peas. cover. when water has evaporated add the green peppers.
