Ingredients
- 1 12-16 oz (340-350 g ) box fettuccine
- 1 onion sliced into half circles
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 8 oz mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken soup mix
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 8-0z (225 g) container heavy cream Parmesan cheese optional for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in butter or until golden add mush and saute until limp another few mins add spices wine cream simmer 5-10 mins cook pasta toss with sauce and spice
