- 1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
- 2 pc.of bread
- 1 small tomato,cut into 4 slices
- 1 can(100 g) sardines in olive oil
- 2 slices(60 g) low-fat Jarlsberg cheese

Step 1
Preheat the broiler.In a small bowl,combine the mayonnaise,lemon juice,zest.Spread half of mixture onto each slice of bread.
Top each slice with 1/2 of the tomatoes,sardines,and cheese.Place on a broiler pan or baking sheet and broil until the cheese melts,about 3 min.
