Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. paprika
- dash of black pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 package egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet brown ground beef with onion and cook until meat is no longer pink. Drain off excess fat. Add seasonings to meat mixture. Stir in soup. Cook slowly, uncovered about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream and heat through, do not boil. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
