  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup margarine



Step 1

Make a mixture of all ingredients except chicken, bread crumbs and margarine.

Marinate chicken in the mixture overnight. Turn once or twice while marinating.

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350. Roll chicken in bread crumbs and bake in an 8-inch square glass baking dish in which the margarine has been melted. Bake 1 hour uncovered. Do not turn while baking. Remove from oven and drain on a heavy brown bag.
