Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp. gluten-free rolled oats
- 2-3 pitted Medjool dates, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, to taste
- 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4-5 ice cubes

In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
