Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2-3 pitted Medjool dates, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 4-5 ice cubes

In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
