Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, choppped
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 2-1 lb. cans cut green beans, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 heaping Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. celery salt
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Chop bacon and fry until crisp. Remove from skillet. Add chopped onion and saute. Remove and drain. Add bacon, onion and thyme to green beans. Mix sauce ingredients and heat. Add sauce to green bean mixture. Heat through. Amount: 6-8 servings.
