Ingredients
- 1 cup sunflower seeds, shelled and roasted
- 2 TBL Olive Oil or coconut oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Step One: Assemble ingredients:
Step 2: Grind sunflowers in food processor until it becomes powder:
Step 3: Add remaining ingredients and pulse again until it’s paste.
If you like it this way, stop here! If you like it more spreadable or runny, keep adding oil until it’s the consistency you prefer.
Spread on anything from apples to sandwiches!
