Peach Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 c sugar
  • 9 c water
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water to boil. Dip peaches in boiling water 1 minute. Skin.

Put in cold water with salt. Drain, add to boiling syrup. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Add few pits.

Pack in hot sterile jars.
