Ingredients

• 1 lb brioche
• 1 cup heavy cream 3/4 cup sugar
• Pinch salt
• 12 oz semi sweet choc
• Heat and let stand 2 minutes. Add 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks
• Then add 2 cups whole milk. 1 tbsp vanilla
• 8 tblsp un salted butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup bourbon or whiskey,2 tblsp water, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, pinch salt. Remove from heat add egg

Bake 350 in water for 1-11/4 hr
