Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Bake 1 hour.
- 1 lb. ground beef or chicken
- 1 onion, minced
- 12 snak crackers, crushed
- salt
- pepper
- 8 oz. tomato sauce, divided
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tblsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tblsp. brown sugar
- 2/3 c. water

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat ocen to 350.
Bake 1 hour.
1. In a 9" pie plate, mix together the beef, onion, crackers, salt, pepper, 1/2 c. tomato sauce & egg.
2. Form into a mound 1" smaller than pie plate.
3. Mix together the remaining tomato sauce, vinegar, mustard & brown sugar.
4. Pour over meatloaf.
5. Pour water around edge of meatloaf.
6. Bake.
