Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 tall can cream coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- Large can crushed pineapple
- 1 Large Tub of Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Bake cake by directions, Cook in sheet cake pan.
While cake is still lhot, poke holes in it with handle of a wooden spoon or reasonable facsimile.
Pour over the cake:
Cream of coconut, Eagle Brand Milk, 1 large can of crushed pineapple juice and all.
Ice top of cake with Cool Whip
Refrigerate until bottom of cake pan is cold.
Cut in suares and serve cold
Keep leftover cake in fridge
