Ingredients
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 stick butter
- 2 T cream cheese
- 3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Step 1
On low heat, melt together cream, butter and cream cheese. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Can also add pepper. Cook on low 15-20 minutes to roast cheese.
