Ingredients
- 3.5 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 tsp vegetable oil
- 5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl, toss together oats, pecans, almonds, salt, oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Spread mixture onto rimmed baking sheet. Bake until golden, 25-30 minutes, rotating sheet once. Let cool completely.
