Ingredients
- 4 ounces Roquefort cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Break up the cheese in a medium bowl, then add lemon juice, and mix together. Blend in mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic. Taste. Add a little salt if desired, and refrigerate.
