Smoked salmon rolls

Ingredients
- 1 tblsp softened cream cheese
- 1 tblsp sour cream
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- 1 tsp minced shallot
- 1 tsp capers, minced
- 1 tsp fresh chives or dill
- 9 thin slices smoked salmon
- 18 small leaves baby arugula

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper in bowl until uniform. Then stir in shallot, capers and chives or dill.
Spread cream cheese mixture over slices of salmon. Roll salmon around cream cheese mixture. Transfer rolls to airtight container, refrigerate for 4 hours.
When ready to serve, slice each roll in half. Stand each roll on end, garnish with arugula on top, and serve.
