  • 2 heads garlic
  • olive oil
  • 6 slices chopped crisp bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • chopped chives
  • chopped scallions
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the tops off 2 heads of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil. Bake at 400 degrees until tender, 45 minutes. Mix roasted garlic with sour cream, mayo, chives and scallions. Add a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, then add bacon. Stir well to combine.
