- 1 bag (16-oz) Cole or Broccoli Slaw
- 1/2 chopped fresh cliantro
- 1 -2 can (11-oz) each Mexicorn w/ red & green peppers, drained
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 3 T lime or lemon juice, fresh
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- jalapeno juice
