- Ready-made crust of choice
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- Handful Vegetable of choice
- Meat of choice- cooked and drained of grease
- 1 can Evaporated milk
- 4 Eggs
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 70mins
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
Fill pie crust with meat, vegetables, and cheese and spread even with the top of the crust--don't over fill.
Mix eggs and evap. milk in separate bowl and pour over ingredients in crust.
Bake at 425 for 15 mins, then reduce heat to 350 and cook for 40-45 mins or until knife inserted in center is clean.
