Steak Salad With Fresh Summer Berries

Ingredients
- Ginger Balsamic Dressing:
- 1 1/2 LB Flank Steak
- 2/3 C. Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- 1 TBLS Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 8 C. Torn Romine Lettuce
- 3 C. Fresh Berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and or halved strawberries)
- 1/2 C Pecan Halves, Broken and toasted
- 1.4 C. Balsamic Vinigar
- 1/4 C. Vegetable Oil
- 2 TBLS Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade and sauce
- 1/4 Tsp Grated Fresh Ginger Root

Preparation
Step 1
Score both sides of steak in diamond pattern; place steak in large plastic food storage bag
Combine Teriyaki Sauce, Vinegar, oil and garlic; pour mixture over steak.
Press air out of bag; close top securely. turn bag over several times to coat steatk. Refridgerate 2 hours, turing bag over once.
Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade
Grill Steak 4 - 5 inches from hot coals 10 minutes for Med-Rare, turning once.
Holding knife at slight angle, cut steak across grain into 1/4 - n1/2 inch thick slices
Devide lettuce on 4 individual serving plates
Arrange steak slices on top of greens and top with fresh berries and pecans. Servie with Ginger-Balsamic Dressing
