Kraut Top Chops
- 6 pork chops - (to 8)
- Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 large can/jar sauerkraut
- 2 cups beef bouillon
- 8 ounces sour cream - (to 10 oz)
- Bread crumbs
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Paprika for color
Brush 6 to 8 pork chops with Kitchen Bouquet. Place in shallow baking dish. Cover pork chops with sauerkraut.
Blend 8 to 10 ounces of sour cream with 2 cups beef bouillon and pour over sauerkraut. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika for color.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
