Vegan cheeze sauce using no nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw, peeled Yokon gold potatoes
  • 1 cup baby carrots sliced in half
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1/2 cups nutritional yeast
  • 1 t Table Tasty
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t onion powder
  • 3/4 t smoked paprika
  • dash cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

put carrots, potatoes, and 4 cups water in pot, bring to boil, turn down, cook until fork tender - about 20 minutes
place all ingredients in vitamin, blend well
