Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing, divided
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 Tbsp. honey

Step 1
HEAT barbecue to medium heat.
BRUSH meat with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Mix dry ingredients; rub onto meat. Let stand 10 min.
GRILL meat 20 min., turning occasionally. Meanwhile, mix remaining dressing and honey.
BRUSH meat lightly with honey mixture; grill 5 to 10 min. or until done (160°F), turning occasionally and brushing frequently with remaining honey mixture. Remove meat from barbecue; cover with foil. Let stand 5 min. before slicing.
TO PREPARE IN OVEN: Heat oven to 450ºF. Brush meat with 2 Tbsp. dressing, then rub with combined seasonings. Let stand 10 min. Place meat in shallow pan. Bake 15 min. Mix remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing and honey; brush lightly onto meat. Bake 10 min. or until meat is done (160ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining dressing mixture. Remove from oven; cover with foil. Let stand 5 min. before slicing.
