Ingredients
- Katsu BBQ Sauce:
- 3 lbs. pork ribs
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic powder
- Smoked paprika
- 10 oz. Katsu sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Cut ribs into individual pieces. Sprinkle ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Marinate 24 hours.
Add water in bottom of Instant pot . Place ribs on rack. HP 22miutes then 12 minutes NPR.
Place ribs in serving bowl.
Mix sauce ingredients and pour over ribs.
