Ingredients
- Topping:
- 6 Large Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Stick Butter, softened
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- 1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 Stick Butter
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 Cup Corn Flakes

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and dice potatoes; boil until tender. (Add a dash of salt for absorption.) Drain, then mash. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar; add raisins and pecans. Mix all ingredients, add orange juice. Pour entire mixture into a buttered 9" x 9" baking dish; add topping and bake for 30 minutes. For topping: melt butter with sugar and pecans and pour over potatoes. Crush corn flakes with rolling pin and sprinkle over top.
