Ingredients
- 5 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 T salt
- 1/2 c shortening (Crisco)
- 2 c water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the shortening. Mix until it is like course corn meal. Add the water a little at a time while mixing. You may need a little more or less water. The dough should be easy to handle but not sticky. Pinch off a little bit of the dough and roll it very thin. Cook.
