Ribbon Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 small packages strawberry jello (or 1 large)
  • 2 c hot water
  • 2 sm packages frozen strawberries (or 1 large)
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 small bananas, mashed and blended
  • 8 oz sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add strawberries and stir until thawed. Add pineapple and fold in bananas. Pour half into a glass 8x8" pan. Put in refrigerator until set. Spread sour cream. Cover with remaining jello liquid. Put back in refrigerator until set.
