Fig cheese tartlets

Ingredients

  • 1.9 oz mini package phyllo pastry shells
  • 1 tspn crimbled goat cheese
  • 2 fig quarters/ shell
  • kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • balsamic glaze can use bottled or make

Preparation

Step 1

Bake (1.9-oz.) package mini¬phyllo pastry shells on a baking
sheet at 350 for 5 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
Fill each with 1 tsp. crumbled goat cheese;
top each with 2 fresh fig qua¬ters. S
prinkle with kosher salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with bottled balsamic glaze .
