Orange Pork Saute

Quicker than delivery, this delicious pork dish features citrus juices flavored with zesty cumin and cilantro. If you're not a cilantro fan, go for fresh basil instead.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 boneless lean pork cutlets (1 pound)
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro
- 3 cups hot cooked wild rice
- 1 large bunch broccoli, steamed
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large resealable plastic bag combine flour, cumin, and pepper. Add pork and toss to coat.
2. In nonstick skillet lightly spprayed with nonstick cooking spray cook pork over medium heat for 6 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once. Place on serving plate; keep warm.
3. Add garlic to skillet and cook for 1 minute. Add orange juice and lemon juice and cook for 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over pork and sprinkle with cilantro.
4. Serve with rice and broccoli.
