Ingredients
- 2-Tbs. I salted butter
- 1-cup low fat milk
- 2-lg. eggs
- 3/4-cup Splenda Granular
- 1/4-cup self-rising flour
- 1/2-tsp. vanilla
- 11/2-cups coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter& mix in milk
Beat in eggs & Splenda until mixed
Beat in flour& vanilla.
Mix in coconut
Pour into a greased & floured 9" glass pie pan
Bake 30-40 minutes.
For a thicker pie:
Double all ingredients except coconut, use 2-21/4-cups coconut.
Cooking time about the same
