Ingredients
- 4 ounces 100% dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1 cup almond pulp
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor pulse chocolate and salt until the texture of coarse sand
Pulse in almond pulp, then dates, until well combined
Scoop batter 1 level tablespoon at a time onto a plate Place shredded coconut in a bowl
Dip each ball into shredded coconut
Serve
