Ingredients
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon McCormick Gourmet™ Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Chile Pepper, Chipotle
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Cinnamon, Ground Saigon
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Garlic Powder, California
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Sicilian Sea Salt
- 3 pounds pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix brown sugar, chili powder, chipotle chile pepper, cinnamon, garlic powder and sea salt in small bowl. Rub spice mixture evenly on ribs.
