- • 1 D’Artagnan Garlic and Wine Sausage
- • 1 Sheet Packaged Puff Pastry
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 450 F. Following the directions on the package, thaw the puff pastry and flatten out one sheet.
2. Remove the sausage from its wrapper and place on the puff pastry. Roll the sausage up in the pastry and crimp and seal all of the edges and ends.
3. Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven. Bake for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside. Remove from the oven, slice and serve on a platter with a good Dijon mustard.
