Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup kale
  • 3/4 cup water
